This is the first letter in the series from David Manley and while it does start off with a reference to the Music Reference RM-9, it also includes commentary on other topics as well.

The fifth letter in the series in which David Manley rebuts many of Roger’s claims in the previous letter, offers his take on the KT90, and his version of the relationship with Ei.

The last letter in the series in which Kevin Hayes of Valve Amplification Corporation tries to be the peacemaker while offering his own opinions on tubes and tube designs.

This letter was not officially part of the Manley-Modjeski Letters as it was never published in Stereophile, but it was clearly meant to be part of the exchange.
